#36 Andorra

Andorra is another one of those tiny countries which only exists due to a series of weird historical events. It sits atop the Pyrenees and the whole country slopes from north to south! I visited in a mad dash from southern France, solely for the purpose of crossing it off the list. It's a tax free haven, which is the source of most of its prosperity. There are loads of tobacco, alcohol and electronic shops, but not much that screams out "Andorra".
