#9 Monaco

Unless you're a motor sports enthusiast or a millionaire, there's no good reason to visit Monaco more than once. It only exists due to a freak of history. It's all but indistinguishable from the much nicer French riviera, except it has a large casino. Interesting to visit to collect a country, but ultimately a very odd little place.
