Sweden is a wonderful place. The variations between summer and winter are amazing. Most people's view of Sweden is like that shown in the photo - cold, snowy and dark. While winter is indeed like that - snow everywhere, summer is amazingly pleasant. I visited one summer and people were out sailing, swimming in the harbour, sun baking etc. It was an amazing difference.
Stockholm is a great place to visit. The Vasa museum is not to be missed and everyone seems to end up at the Ice Bar at some stage.
